  does anyone know a good and CHEAP property lawyer or someone we can get free advice from? Stupid neighbours from hell are now stopping us from re-aligning the fence to actual property boundaries listed on the plans, and are threatening to sue for costs to return the fence to its current position if we re-align it according to the plans. The silly thing is that it's their land fill waste that has damaged the fence in the first place.
