  Hey Amy, we used Bill & Janice Fisher from Rector Hayden in Lexington when we sold our house. They are awesome! We had a wonderful experience with them. We had already moved from Wilmore to TX before the house closed, and they even had their grandson maintain our yard for us until the house closed.
