  Melissa M. wrote: My experience with Ariana is that she is unprofessional. Expect days to pass before a question is answered or an issue resolved. Offers and promises are made and then are "no longer available" as soon as you ask for them. She is quite pleasant until you ask for them and then her attitude is alarming. I will be going back to my previous photographer. I don't need to be spoken to that rudely by someone I paid for a service.
