  Salon Serenity in Halifax with Kelly. She is wonderful. I went to her after many years of coloring my hair , she did a great job of bringing it back to it's original color ( I had removed all the pigment ( ?) but she never blinked.never got after me for not taking care of it properly. afterwards she gave me a very nice easy to handle cut. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Salon-Serenity/276859352550?ref=ts&fref=ts
