I was wondering if you can ask if there are any free or low cost maybe support groups or counseling for people struggling with depression? My sister is in her early 20s and is struggling, Im having hard time finding any info around here or riverside other then the suicide prevention line. If not allowed Id understand.   Family matters on eucalyptus and Fredrick you need a referral 1 st. Need to call c.a.r.e.s ‭(800) 706-7500‬. The reason I know this is I had to find counseling for my daughters. They are good and works with insurance the process is quick.

  18007067500 this is the CARES number for those in Riverside County with Medi-cal call and describe your symptoms. They will send an authorization for you to be assessed and seen at a local therapist office.

  Anita, try having them call the CARES line 1-800-706-7500 and they can find a Psychiatrist in the area. Also let them know the trouble they had with the last one.
