  County action restoration is a business designed to solve these problems. I’m personal friends with there owner mike McCullough they do outstanding work and have the technology needed to find were the water is coming from.   Does anyone know of a good contractor in Ocean City who can do some "post Sandy" repairs...remove insulation in crawl space and treat area with an antimicrobial spray? Got one estimate and insurance adjuster said the estimate is ridiculously high. Thanks for help/suggestions

  Hey MG, after Irene last year we had some water damage. We used a company called County Action . We were very happy with them. I am not sure if they go to the shore but you can try-1-866-792-8274.
