  Selling 2 rental properties Hi there PFCers! I’m about to sell both of my rental properties and is looking for tips on the best approach to take when selling. Negotiate the commission with realtors? Also, any tax advice? We will be hit pretty hard with capital gains tax. Any other cost saving or value maximizing advice is much appreciated! Background: The reason for selling is because our renters are moving out and these properties are a bit far away for us to manage as we moved to a new city. Also we live in BC and our properties are in BC.
