Our BBQ is cooked with dry-rub seasonings for authentic BBQ flavor. Add one of our homemade BBQ sauces for the perfect "fit". Our customer's favorites are Sweet and Smoky, Memphis, South Carolina Mustard, Spicy Texas, and North Carolina Vinegar Sauce.
We are locally owned and operated in Carlisle, PA. We offer extensive catering services as well as two locations - our restaurant at 1900 Spring Road and at the Carlisle Events Car Shows.
