  There's a place in Spring Valley at Paradise Valley & Worthington. Seamstress Linda 619-479-4117. Little pricey but she's super fast. She made 3 of Lini's PIFA dresses/puletasis in 1 day. The rest were made in Samoa but Linda did the alterations.
