  Advice please..... Looking to rent our home in February. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a finished "office" (minus window). We are located in Comstock Park, about a mile to highway 131, 10 minutes to downtown. Around 1800 sq feet. Flooring (hardwood upstairs), windows, furnace, most appliances replaced within the last 6 years or less... "Pottery Barn" look. Family friendly neighborhood. Any recommendations on what to charge for rent?
