After calling a third time the girl literally tried to use the language barrier as an excuse for not being able to take my message! THIS WAS THE LAST DRAW FOR ME! For 16 years I have been told by the Dr.'s and Nurses that they are VERY sorry for this but THEY do not hire the Office Staff, and they have no control over them! What is the point then? As much as we hate moving, it's just not worth the disrespect and hassle! When i did report these ladies to the supervisor, I was told. "Well, you can just talk to me next time you make an appointment." So this means, I have to call and be transferred 4 times JUST to make an appointment! REALLY? Again, NOT worth the hassle! Take some responsibility for these girls, either train them, reprimand them, or replace them! This is getting too much and I feel for ANYONE who shows up as a new patient, get ready for a bumpy ride and I hope you don't expect to be respected! NOT GONNA HAPPEN!
