  I highly recommend Paul Guerrero (DC) at Muscle Works. (626)914-4008. He does very deep tissue work, but you need to specify. Joe Jaime (DC) in West Covina does ART (Active Release Technique), which I've also found very helpful. (626)960-5096. Less pain. Good luck!
