  So our neighbors moved to Texas last night leaving their cat behind saying "he will find another home." We scooped the sweet little guy up and plan to keep him, but he needs vaccines and to be checked for FIV before we can introduce him to our other cat. Does anyone know of an affordable place to have this done in Grand Rapids. Our normal vet, whom we love wanted $230 for everything. Seems high

  I used to work at Pet Vet Clinic in Grandville on 28 th street. Can't say enough about Dr Clarke! Their phone number is 616-532-2660, but they are prob closed for labor day.

  Does anybody know of a reasonably priced veterinarian that will take walk-ins? Bubs' ear is not getting better and his primary vet have a staff meeting today that is taking forever. I need to get him in somewhere soon.
