  I need a lawyer! :) A blog I write for has created a scholarship for single Mormon mothers. We have the paperwork done, but the lawyer who was helping us changed employers and the new employer doesn't want to take us on pro bono. All we need is someone to file the (completed) paperwork for us to become a 501c3. Does anyone know of anyone who would be willing to do this?

  I think you can do this without a lawyer. seriously. look up nolo publisher or see if your library has Legal Information Reference Center. there are tons of examples. also look at grantspace.org.
