  I need a good honest disability lawyer that handles widows disability claims filing on spouses income. Any recommendations,would be greatly appreciated. Apparently not everyone handles cases filing for widows on spouses income.

  Unfortunately we don’t handle this type of law at my firm. Disability Rights might be able to help if she is the one who is disabled. Unfortunately they have to turn plenty away due to limited resources. 1-800-252-9108 is their intake line. In addition to Dallas Bar and Texas Bar Associations, another option for private practice, for-profit lawyers referrals: www.mytela.org and www.nela.org. Good luck!
