  The Spay and Neuter Task Force does a free or low cost clinic twice a year, but I can't seem to find the dates on their website currently.   Tiny Tails K-9 Rescue does low cost clinic's about every 6 weeks at FootHills vet hosp. n Dr. Quigley is the best priced spay neuter vet in the valley .. and Montana Spay Neuter Task Force has a free clinic coming up in Oct at the fair grounds.. Feral cats can be done at the Heart of the valley for free as well.
