About us
I love creating cakes and cupcakes that taste absolutely delicious. I am part self taught and have taking some classes at a local cake decorating store, I also did a part -time internship program at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts, I am a hobby baker and love trying out new things with cakes and cupcakes, cookies. this is my sweet therapy.
*All of my cake are made from scratch and my Icing had no Crisco/shorting, Pure Butter!
My Cakes are all covered in a chocolate ganache , made with chocolate and cream.*
Then a layer of fondant

I also do a Whipping cream with fresh Fruit/
custard cream .
All of my cakes are covered in a Ganache and then a layer of fondant.

Parisian (French Macarons)
All of my cakes and goodies are made from scratch
I also make combination of real and fake cakes to fit your budget.
