  Hi, I'm after quotes for someone with a biggish van to help me move house. I live on my own and haven't got any family round here to give me a hand so I'm going to struggle! Obviously I'll do all the packing but I would need the person to do things like take the bed apart and put it back together the other end...It's 2 trips max, I think.
