  I make garters :) I've done a batman and star wars one before. You can contact me on my website www.bellachiara.co.za I use stretch lace though, not elasticated regular lace. It's so much more comfortable and doesn't leave those nasty lines on your thigh. A garter like this will cost R199 and includes a free tossing garter.
