  In response to Neva Marie Long, I have been the spa owner for 8 years. In the 8 years, we have not had this complaint drawn to our attention. I reached out to you via private message, but never got a response back from you. I take my business very serious and if this incident occurred we would have had a prompt response and would lead your friends to the proper care if any problems had occured. We take pride in our services and dedicate in providing our clients with a positive experience during each visit to our salon. I can assure you that our employess take all necessary steps to maintain a safe and sanitary enviroment.
