  A request for help from any local builder. We have a son in a wheelchair and a 93 year old mother who are both dependant on a downstairs wet room. Our problem is the drain pipe from the sink sticks into the main waste pipe, this causes blockages, we've had Dyno rod out 10 times in the last 12 months. The whole room is tiled and sealed so it's not easy to get to the offending pipe! There is a man hole with access 2-3 feet from where the sink waste pipe goes into the main waste pipe. Is there anyway the sink waste pipe can be cut back using this as access? If anyone can help we'd be very grateful and are naturally happy to pay for any work
