  My partner and I are looking to buy a house, Or buy land then build on it, options are open! We've got alot saved but do need to find a bank to get loans though Anz is our of question as their rates are bull. Can anyone recommend a good bank to go through for home loans and have info on their rates? Also can anyone recommend a good building company and give reasons as to why you went through that company? Thanks guys I'd just like some outside input on our options my partner have been talking about it for months but cannot make a decision!
