  After recommendations on mortgage brokers please who specialise in getting mortgages for those with little to no deposit. We've owned before, but have been renting the last 3yrs. We are finding it very hard to save anywhere near enough for a deposit to buy again. We are smart with our money, use a budget, and can easily afford a mortgage as we are essentially paying that in rent.. but it's the lack of deposit which is blocking us from buying again. I've heard banks are taking into consideration rental payments as proving ability to pay mortgage etc, but don't know if that's true or not. Also recommendation on financial advisor please as we need to re-do our insurances (income/life/etc) and our super. Thanks in advance.

  Please post anon. I know I have seen this question asked before but it was a fair while ago and I can't remember the names. Can anyone recommend a great mortgage broker? It's for our first home and we would like to get preapproval (and hoping to have 10% deposit by then) so we can start hunting for the right place, with a view to buy mid next year.
