  As Liam Dillon says above, the British School of Osteopathy are absolutely brilliant and relatively cheap because you are seen by a final year student under supervision of a qualified Osteopath. Can't recommend them highly enough. Although they are in Borough High St. they are pretty easy to get to and will see you very quickly too.
