  don't know what turn of the century rents for, pine cone caters there. also not sure when you are planning this but the lark and sparrow downtown is supposed to be openeing soon and looks beautiful - could bring a caterer in as they are supposed to have a commercial kitchen there https://www.facebook.com/thelarkandsparrow/info?tab=overview.
