Premier Cakes produces home made decorated cakes, individually designed, for those special occasions. Owner and Cake Designer Tony Bray, has been successfully baking and decorating these highly original cakes for over 20 years.
He takes great pride in his work, the evidence of which can be seen, in the many hours of work that goes into each creation, but his aim continues to be, to produce stunning and affordable cakes, for every occasion.
For your wedding, every attention to detail is take into account, such as colour coordinating the whole design of the cake to the bridal flowers, the bride and bridesmaid dresses, and the groomsmen attire,
All of Tony's sugar flowers are hand crafted and individually made, and designed specifically for all designs and sizes of cakes, then wired into sprays of flowers and attached to the cake.
These flowers can be kept after the wedding, for a lasting memento, alternatively, fresh flowers may be used, or to add a personal touch to the cake, details from the wedding dress, or jewelry.
Prior to Tony moving to Australia, Premier Cakes United Kingdom, clients included Harrods of London, House Of Fraser, Prime Minister Tony Blair as well as making a display cake for Her Majesty The Queen's Golden Jubilee.
