  My friend needs help! She lives on the bottom floor of a 3-story condo and has a leak in the roof. She thinks the chimney cap is out of place outside, and has water pouring into her fireplace and ceiling next to it. She reached out to her HOA who sent out a roofing company, and per the roofers "there's no problem." Big problem!! Now more rain/wet weather is coming through tomorrow and her leak isn't fixed. Anyone have a rec for a company that can come out tomorrow afternoon (she can't miss work)??? She'd need for the company to speak with the HOA so that the bill would go to them and not her.

  Just used them. Same day repair AND an HONEST roofer! http://www.thetenthroof.com/ and they deal with insurance etc too so a HOA thinking would not be an issue to contact. Kyle and Jeff are the owners and do the work themselves.
