  Third time lucky. Previously I've had some great recommendations of tradesman etc and have been really pleased with the work carried out. Now I need another to take a ceiling down and make good. A few have been round but always pushing for more work and have never sent an estimate in which I need for the insurers. Can anyone recommend someone local. Thanks
