COMING January 2015: Non Profit Yoga & Wellness Shala~ a home for the community to come together to feel good, live well and do good. All shala proceeds will help raise awareness and funds for the Women's Center at SSTAR, New Hope, Day One and RAINN.
Offering: Over 20 weekly yoga, pilates, barre, PiYo & meditation classes. Weekly kids, tween and teen yoga classes- FREE always Massage & Reiki treatments Monthly specialty workshops Retail Boutique
Any recommendations on a good, fairly priced place to go for yoga classes, Swansea/Somerset area? I would be a newbie and am looking for suggestions...thanks in advance! :-)

Mantra is awesome! Also on wed evenings & Sat morning@swansea total fitness there is yoga with Kelly!!! She is so good! you dont have to be a member, you can buy classes.
