  The guy who did ours is named Larry Thise. He was very thorough and provided a helpful notebook of his findings. The company's name is HomePro IL. Inc. (Don't know if he includes Indiana but I think he lived in Beecher.) His number was (708) 946-3108. The website was www.homepro-il.com.
