  I am trying to help an Israeli deaf couple find some VERY needed work, either on ongoing basis or per project. They have basic computer skills (typing etc) and the husband is good with electrical work (not a licensed electrician). Are there job placement agencies that specialize in helping find jobs for the deaf? Any ideas / leads / directions would be appreciated!
