  Good work Sam! But Samm is right. The rules changed in Tas in August to 8 c instead of 28 c. More info at http://www.solarcitizens.org.au/tasimpact But of course this may again change in the future, hopefully increase, so do it anyway, for sure (apart from the obvious positive environmental effect).
