  Do not use SubZero Specialists to repair or even look at your fridge. Had someone here about a week and a half ago to look at the ice maker… was saying to "service ice maker". After about 10 min the guy tells me the evaporator board on the unit needs to be replaced to the tune of $900. I told him i would think about it as the unit is working fine save for the ice maker. He reset the ice maker and it began to produce ice. I then called SubZero who gave me the name of a certified SubZero repair shop. He just left and said there was no issue with the unit at all. Cost me an additional $99.00 but saved me $800. Shifty SubZero Specialists.

  Having had no less than 11 service calls on our sub zero the only way to go is with auth. Repair people. Pinnacle is the only one around.800 542 2313. Never buy one without extended warranty.
