Looking for somewhere that does hair ect to do her and her friends hair (not cutting) and subtle make up and nails...... then out for an evening meal to a restaurant of her choice. does anyone know somewhere in Bicester that caters for this please.   We are looking for a children's entertainer for a 5 yr olds party in March. Only ones we're seeing so far charge upwards of £100 for an hour plus traveling expenses which seems a bit steep? Would like balloon modelling, maybe puppets or magic etc. Can anyone recommend anybody please.
