After working too long for other people, I decided that the perfect job for me was one that would allow myself to be the boss. With the help of a couple people we got this truck up and running in the middle of November 2013, just before Thanksgiving. The food we make is food that we love to eat. If an idea pops in our head, we test it out, make it perfect, and put it on the menu. Our menu is 90% from scratch, and 100% tasty!
