  Looking for a photographer who is wanting to do a wedding with fully paid photography permission at both the State Rose Garden during full bloom and at The Mansion Hotel & Spa in Werribee. Also looking for a HMUA who has a creative spark who can do hair and makeup without making it the usual and boring typical wedding look. I am not necessarily looking for someone who is a full blown professional or who knows everything about the business.
