  The place on Brockway is pricey but does quality work. I'm not sure if he will work with fabric you provide though. In case you can't work with Brockway, or Foam & Fabric, you can also try Smack, Jack, & Wack Upholstery on Blue Horizon Drive. They have a facebook page you can check out. They're typically known for auto, vehicle, & unusual upholstery, but they also do a fair amount of furniture and Ann is an amazing seamstress.
