Laryssa S. asked:We had an ottoman custom made in Brampton and it came to us the wrong size. The sales man we dealt with told us what measurement we needed to have it fit into our sectional couch and because we signed off on it (trusting that his measurement was correct) they said there was nothing they could do about it, that if we wanted it fixed we would have to buy another one. The ottoman is made of vinyl and is 4 inches too long. Does anyone know if there is anyone in town that would be able to shorten it for us?
