Every workout with Incite Fitness is unique, covers a wide variety of exercises/activities. Instructors keep you on your toes with high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that combine cardiovascular training, resistance training and body weight exercises. You can expect a nice mix of strength, cardio, plyometrics, resistance exercises and sometimes games. We use a variety of equipment including resistance bands and tubes, agility ladders, weights and balls.
