  **************Please "share"****Solicitor needed with a passion for justice & Port Meadow************* As most of you will know, we have a legal opinion from a top QC that the planning permission granted on Roger Dudman Way was unlawful. He was very shocked when he saw the blocks from Port Meadow, and has indicated he would take the case as a "friend of Oxford" - however, in order to progress, the entity likely to bring the legal action now needs to identify a solicitor who can work with them and the QC and prepare and support any court action. Does anyone know any Solicitor in Oxford or indeed anywhere else who would look at supporting the legal action on a pro bono or "capped fee" basis. Its a strong case, there are some extraordinary aspects to this which have not come to light yet, and it will be very high profile, because of the understandable public and media interest in this absolute travesty of a planning decision and development Please email protectportmeadow@gmail.com if you have any suggestions, and please "share" this post on FB so that we cast the net as widely as possible
