  I like my dentist, Dr Chen: https://www.myccdentistry.com/ I haven't had any complex situations myself, but also she doesn't push unnecessary procedures. A couple times I've had small cavities that she decided to leave untouched so they could heal on their own. Also she didn't bat an eye about my perfectly healthy wisdom teeth, compared to another dentist who immediately referred me to an oral surgeon. I like that she's putting my health first instead of looking for opportunities to do billable procedures.

  not sure if she's compatible with your insurance, but Vanessa and I both go to Ting Chen at Castro Commons Dentistry (http://myccdentistry.com/doctor.html) and we love her! She's very modern and informative, and actually uses ZocDoc, which I think is cool. :)
