  I recommend you contact Bell Alliance -http://www.bellalliance.ca. They have a lot of great reviews online. You'd be working with an immigration consultant, not immigration lawyers, but their knowledge of immigration itself is equal to that of a lawyers. I think their rates will be cheaper than lawyers for sure.
