  I'm trying to locate a story about a young guy who saved for years to pay for a try at a recording studio. On his way there, cops boarded his train (bus?) and asked each passenger if he was carrying any cash. He said he had money to pay the recording studio. The cops claimed the money was from drugs and took it (stole it). Does anyone remember that story and where I can find the details?

  So Jim....what do we do with this tax on smokes? It seems odd that smokers need to make up the funding shortfall for a stadium none of us really wanted to begin with and that none of us will actually be able to smoke in. I am officially asking if anyone knows of an attorney that would be willing to find the angle needed to sue the state with a class action, on behalf of the addicted smokers in MN, for relief. Anyone know of anybody who might take this on?
