Bluegrass.org is a nonprofit organization that has served the 17-county Bluegrass region for over 45 years, assisting individuals and families in enhancing their emotional, mental and physical well-being by providing services for behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disabilities and substance abuse. As the largest provider of such services in Kentucky, Bluegrass maintains a staff of over 300 dedicated doctors and clinicians who annually treat some 30,000 Kentuckians to help them become healthier, happier and more productive individuals.

It’s impossible to get a refill without going into the office for an appointment which doesn’t always work for my schedule. Only one provider there takes my insurance and they will only give one medication for adult ADD that does not work for me. Also, I was not given proper treatment and would like to go to a better office. Does anyone know of a doctor that prescribes medication and takes Medicaid?

Allan57 replied:[Bluegrass Comprehensive Services](http://bluegrass.org/) They used to be called Comprehensive Care of the Bluegrass. They provide mental health services, or can refer you to a private practitioner. Start there. I hope you find the help you need.
