  if anyone know someone wanting to move into the flats around our house tell them that EVERY HOUSE IN THE BLOCK HAS EXCESIVE HEATING BILLS and paint peels off walls . the landlord CRAWFORDS wont fix the problem. light bulbs go every week the lights flicker when the switches are off. if anyone knows someone that's thinking about it id advise them not to because he will get you to have a guarantor then you don't have a leg to stand on. PLEASE SHARE there's one flat available above us free soon make sure no one you know signs the lease its bin a total night mare.
