Suggestions for wedding catering As title suggests. Planning on having a fairly casual cocktaily style wedding. Aiming for value over quality but obviously food does need to be of a minimum standard. All suggestions welcome.

[Heyder & Shears](http://www.heydershears.com.au/) catered our wedding reception at Scitech, we were pretty happy with them. It wasn't particularly cheap, but it was delicious and fancy enough (without being all "look how much money we have!") to have felt like reasonable value.
Does anyone know a good caterer? After confirming months ago and even changing our wedding date to suit them our Caterer have cancelled saying they double booked. Worst caterer in the world- Eat No Evil- never use them.
