  I have had dental surgery in Hungary twice. They pick you up at the Vienna or Bratislava airports no charge, you stay in the attached B&B (€50/night) or your choice, all modern and professional, and a small fraction of what it would cost in the U.S. or elsewhere in Europe. http://www.diamantdent.hu/en/
