  I am so sorry you were let down! It is inexcusable for an artist to do this. Thank you Rose Davies Williams for your recommendation of Party Faces. In 3 years I have never let a client down and if a painter has an emergency they have many other painter s they can call on to fill the gap, but some undercharge so much or have dubious practices that other painters wont work for them . Its a shame really. Please do like my page www.facebook.com/partyfaceshelsby and take a look at my work which is high quality as an award winning face painter. Although I may charge a little more you can be sure I will deliver and have over 30 5 star reviews from a selection of clients on my page. I would be wary of anyone who does not have star reviews on their page. I would star review her page if she let you down. That's the only way to let others know she is not reliable. these are the only thing a page owner cannot change on their page so as to reflect a true idea of services. I am sorry to say she is not the only painter I know that lets clients down.
