  URGENT HELP NEEDED for sweet dog found tonight! SORRY the pic is graphic but it looks like someone cut his tail off! He is in pain but being sweet, this tail needs to be surgically repaired. My friend came home to this dog sitting on her porch looking for help tonight and she has him inside so he is safe for now but she cannot afford to keep him nor pay for the care he needs. Please contact me ASAP if you can help!! If not and I HATE to do this to you guys but she will have to call the Cleveland wardens to come get him as he cannot stay like this.

I foster cats for them and am ecstatic they have agreed to help him. frown emoticon I know he is quite a sticker shock to say the least, not to mention he's not a cat.
