Yes Goodwill is a great place also in Towson there is a dress shop called M'Jourdelle on 617 York Road, Towson, MD 21204 (410) 337-0490. Also there is a great shop in Hampden called Mia's (it is a husband and wife shop) and they have a really good eye for consignment/vintage pieces.
